NVYVE Studios, the creators of P.A.M.E.L.A., have a new project in the works. They proudly announced HYPERGUN, an “over-the-top roguelite shooter” that will come to a PC, PlayStation 4, and an Xbox One near you.
HYPERGUN features a “blistering paced glace into the not-so-distant future,” “the most questionably effective weapon humanity has ever seen, and Earth’s most heroic intern alive, Dewey Owens.” I’m not sure we’ve ever had a game that stars an intern, much less a heroic one. I suppose if there’s ever a game to star an intern, it should be one that procedurally generates. We can’t have them interns thinking they’re people and stuff.
