The story sees you undertaking a journey to recover your powers and your home after a devastating attack on the Tower
There’s all-new worlds to explore, including Earth, Titan, Io, and Nessus
One of the first destinations you go to in Destiny 2 is the European Dead Zone, which is the largest destination Bungie has ever built, “maybe by a factor two” There’s co-operative Strikes for three players, new Nightfall Strikes, and a brand new Raid
There will be a new Strike called The Inverted Spire
Destiny 2 has new weapons, new armor, new exotics, and new subclasses
The weapons slots have been redesigned: you’ll have a kinetic weapon, an energy weapon, and a power weapon
Each character has new Supers, including the Dawnblade, the Sentinel, and the Arcstrider
You can go directly from one planet to another planet without going to orbit first. You just open the Director, pick your destination and go straight there
