Released yesterday by Sony, PlayStation Vita and PlayStation TV system software update 3.65 improves stability, the one patch note shows:
New for 3.65

System software stability during use of some features has been improved.

According to players, 3.65 appears to have changed the PS4 Link app icon, the background image inside the PS4 Link app, and the “connection is about to be lost” icon. It also appears as though 3.65 blocks the ARK hack.
The previous PS Vita update, 3.63, was released in November 2016. It improved system performance quality. You can download the latest Vita update from the official PlayStation website (US, UK).
