PUBG Corp?s studio director Brian Corrigan has said that contrary to popular belief, there?s no animosity between the PlayerUnknown?s Battlegrounds developer and Fortnite studio, Epic Games.
The common misconception stems from PUBG Corp?s infamous reaction to Fortnite?s battle royale and accompanying lawsuit against Epic Games in which it alleged that the Unreal Engine developer had stolen its ideas and there were striking similarities between PUBG and Fortnite. However, that lawsuit was later dropped and it looks like both parties have since made amends.
