Operation Skull Rain, the third expansion for Rainbow Six Siege, will release tomorrow, August 2, on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC as part of Patch 4.0. Before Patch 4.0 goes live though, there will be one hour of maintenance on each platform from 9am ET – 10am ET on PS4, 10am ET – 11am ET on Xbox One, and 11am ET – 11:59am ET on PC.
The above launch trailer gives you a look at the new Favela map, the most destructible environment yet, and the two new BOPE operators: Caveira and Capitão. The Favela map is live for everyone on August 2, while the new operators are instantly available to Season Pass owners on August 2. If you don’t have the Season Pass, Caveira and Capitão can be purchased separately in-game with Renown or R6 credits beginning on August 9. Here’s what you need to know about the new operators:

Caveira (Defender)
Known as a brutal interrogator, Taina ?Caveira? Pereira?s makes for a fearless Operator on the field. Originally from a small town on the outskirts of São Paulo, her life could have taken a turn for the worst when she was arrested at 16 on robbery charges. Her promising profile allowed for an exception, giving her the option between entering a juvenile reformatory and working with BOPE.
