Rainbow Six Siege Will Have “Another Full Year of Content” in 2017

During the Rainbow Six Pro League Finals this weekend, Ubisoft officially announced that Rainbow Six Siege will be getting another full year of content in 2017. “The past year has been an incredible journey, and we are excited to have you join us for another full year of content!” they said on Twitter.
If 2017 is anything like 2016, there will be four “seasons” worth of content. Operation Red Crow, the final season of 2016, goes live on November 17, adding the new Skyscraper map and two new Operators, Echo and Hibana.
If you missed the Rainbow Six Pro League Finals livestream, you can re-watch the entire thing in the above video.
Over on Reddit, users compiled a list of some of the changes Ubisoft discussed during the livestream. Some of the changes/additions coming in Patch 5.0 on Thursday include new special Operator full body skins, shield skins, a redesign for Twitch and her drone’s initial screen, new charms, new universal skins, new seasonal skins, and the ranked round timer will be reduced to three minutes. Stay tuned for full details on the new patch once it’s released on Thursday.
