SEGA has announced that its upcoming Sonic game Sonic Forces will be playable on the Gamescom show floor. The demo will feature three stages to dash through to get a taste of what the new 3D Sonic title has to offer. SEGA will also have the PC only game Total War: Warhammer II available for demoing.

Sonic Forces will be showcasing three action-packed stages featuring Modern Sonic, Classic Sonic and an all new, series-first, fully customisable Hero character, blazing through enemy laden levels at breakneck speed. Sonic Forcesputs players in a world already taken over by Dr. Eggman and his evil group of henchmen, which includes Chaos, Metal Sonic, Shadow and Zavok who are ready to create next-level panic and disorder.
