Earlier this month, Capcom announced that Street Fighter V would be getting an Arcade Edition set to release next year. Now, the pre-order bonuses for the game have been revealed, and fans of costumes are going to be mighty pleased, as pre-ordering the game will net you a whole bunch of them.
Capcom-Unity announced today that players picking the game up in January can pre-order the game now and receive both the Nostalgia Costume bundle as well as the 30th Anniversary Costume Bundle. The Nostalgia bundle includes 5 costumes and the 30th Anniversary bundle has 4, giving players an additional 9 costumes should they pre-order. While some fans may not be happy with how many costumes exist in the world of Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition, if you were already going to pick up the game, it doesn’t hurt to get some free costumes on the side. So far, the pre-order incentive has been announced on physical copies of the game ordered from Gamestop and Best Buy. For those not aware of the game, Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition includes all of the DLC characters from Season 1 and 2, as well as upgraded interface graphics, two new gameplay modes (Arcade Mode and Extra Battle Mode), and one more V-Trigger per character. For owners of the original game, the Arcade Edition (minus the Season 1 & 2 characters) will be a free update.
