Get ready for a special holiday-themed event in The Division 2 filled with snowballs and Santa hats. Ubisoft has released patch 6.1, which introduces the limited-time event Situation: Snowball, giving you new activities to take part in and presents like The Sleigher Tommy Gun. But don?t worry, it?s not as deadly as it sounds. Instead of bullets as ammo, it?s filled to the brim with snowballs. The update also includes three Standard Apparel Keys, new equipment, and the introduction of a Hardcore mode, along with a long list of fixes.
After downloading update 6.1 you?ll find Ambusher Hoarder enemies wearing Santa hats. Eliminating them drops the Sleigher (not to be confused with the Thrash metal band, Slayer), a Tommy Gun that shoots snowballs. The game?s fifth Apparel Event will give you access to four new outfits, five emotes, nine weapon skins, and a new mask.
