Today, developer Hinterland Studio released ?Redux? versions of episodes one and two of Wintermute, also known as the story mode for The Long Dark. These two ?Redux? episodes are foundational improvements made to the game?s campaign based on player feedback, with the intent to carry these updates over to the three remaining, forthcoming episodes. Hinterland Studio has released the full patch notes for the update, which of course goes beyond the Redux updates.
