Today, Studio Wildcard announced that the second expansion for ARK: Survival Evolved, titled ARK: Aberration, will launch next month on December 12 for the PlayStation 4. Survivors will wake up on a derelict, malfunctioning ARK named Aberration that features an underground biome system with brand new challenges for players to experience.

According to Studio Wildcard, the expansion will be available as a standalone purchase for $19.99, or as part of the ARK: Explorer?s Edition (Season Pass). Aberration is the second expansion pack for ARK, joining the already released desert-themed Scorched Earth map. For more information on the upcoming Aberration expansion, check out below:
